Andrew Gordon has extensive knowledge of the construction industry both internationally and within Canada. He is an experienced industry practitioner with a thorough understanding of the entire construction process both in the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sectors.

An eighth generation ‘Builder,’ Andrew heralds from a long line of construction professionals; his training both in Canada and the U.K. is founded upon the real estate and construction practices. He has undertaken a wide range of professional services throughout the entire construction process, from project inception to closeout. It is his appreciation of the built environment, and its impact throughout a building’s life cycle that has provided Andrew with a heuristic appreciation of his Clients objectives, and why his expertise and knowledge are widely sought and engaged.

Andrew helped create Canada’s first Construction Management degree programme at George Brown College, Toronto, where he continues to lecture part time and participate in guest speak engagements on Constructibility, Construction Law, Risk Mitigation, Ethics, and Quality Assurance, Control.

He sits on a number of industry professional and Educational boards, including The Canadian Institute in Construction, and George Brown College, Professional Accreditation Committee, and is a past Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Building an International construction professional organization.

Thomas (Tom) Graham has over thirty years experience working within the public sector, for Municipalities and Universities within Ontario. An experienced professional with an emphasis upon the management of the delivery of recreational and park services, which extends to the successful physical and financial resources on behalf of the Owner. From Client to Consultant Tom validates GGGI’s objectives of a Client first approach in assisting them achieve their goals.

This knowledge is foundered upon a thorough understanding of how Municipalities operate, both in delivering projects, as well as the governance and reporting structures that they operate within, serving the public. The experience gained from working within numerous Educational and Municipal organizations has allowed Tom to utilize these skills, translating them into the successful delivery of construction projects.

He possesses significant experience of overseeing the management of capital growth budgets that involve analyzing community needs, and translating them into recreational, and municipal infrastructure projects. Projects as diverse as Town Hall feasibility studies, Community Park Master Plans, Leisure Centres, Community Centres and Libraries.

Tom actively pursues professional development seminars and courses through the Athletic Business, Parks and Recreation Ontario, and the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association.

Russ Martin has over thirty years project management experience within the built environment, providing professional services, primarily within the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional construction sectors. His ability to deliver projects on time and on budget is based upon an appreciation of the entire construction process, through the timely identification of project risk. A team player, Russ has a proven record of working collaboratively with project stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation, and procurement strategies necessary to effectively meet Client project goals and objectives.

This knowledge is founded upon thirty plus years working within the built environment, both in the public and private sectors. In addition Russ has a thorough understanding of what is required to deliver a wide range of public sector, and institutional projects successfully. This includes Municipal, Health Care, and Airport facilities, during the feasibility, preconstruction, implementation and closeout stages of the construction process. A ‘hands on’ professional, Russ possesses the ability to achieve Client objectives through effective communication with project stakeholders, meeting project objectives in a collaborative manner.

In addition, Russ possesses significant experience in performing budgetary and cost monitoring roles, both within the private and public sectors. His association and involvement on numerous iconic construction projects are testament to his superior organization skills and ‘getting it done’ approach that include both Airport facilities, and Health Care projects.
